Time to Kick-off Friends In Faith (FIF) Inc. All are welcome from Grades 9 -12. Come learn more about details about our plans for the National ELCA Youth Gathering in Minneapolis, MN. We are encouraging youth and parents/guardians to attend. The Youth Ministry also needs your help and wants to know what type of activities you would like us to plan for the year.

You are invited to join us from 7:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. in the CLC. Prizes will be given away through out our time together.

Join us this Wednesday night for the final night of youth events before Christmas!!

Following worship, at 7:15pm, we will be having a celebration night for Kathy Hunstad and Ashley Strelau! By now you have probably received the letter from Trinity regarding staff changes coming up. Ashley will become the new Director of Youth and Family Ministry beginning January 1st, 2019. After 30 years as Director of Youth Ministry, Kathy will move to a new role at Trinity working with “Light Groups” focused on faith & life.

There will be a Family Service Project of making tie blankets for the Ronald McDonald House. If your family is able to purchase fleece to bring, please do so. The blankets will be going to children, youth, and adults so all sizes are welcome. We will also be making cards to go with the blankets. Treats and cider and a Photo Booth will also be a part of the evening!

We are excited to celebrate & gather with all of you!!

Hi Everyone! FiF Sr. High Youth will be going to the Great Plains Food Bank this Wednesday from 6-8pm! We will meet there as a group. Please let Ashley know if you will be there.

We had a wonderful time at the 2018 ELCA Youth Gathering in Houston, TX! We were given the opportunity to worship with over 31,000 other youth and adults. Our group actually stood outside in the 98+ degree heat for a couple of hours to get seats for worship. There was even a running group for a couple of the nights to make sure that we would be able to have floor seats to be closer to the speakers and musicians. Each day had a special theme helping us to discover how God’s love, grace, and hope can truly Change Everything.

Join us on Sunday, September 9th at 5pm for our Stockholder’s Banquet to hear more about the trip, the speakers, our small groups, and how this trip impacted our faith. Thank you to everyone who supported us throughout the trip financially, through prayers and well wishes, and for letting us share our experiences once we returned home. All of you have Changed Everything for us, and we can’t thank you enough!

We will also be in the mass cast (part of the main gathering) on Thursday, June 28th! You can watch it live at www.elca.org/gathering .

All Sr High youth, 9-12th graders, are invited to join us at 7am for Friday Morning Devos! We will meet on Feb. 23rd, March 2nd, and March 13th at 4108 2nd St S Moorhead.

We will have breakfast together and begin our day by checking in with each other and doing a short devotion. Please text Kathy or Ashley, or respond below, by noon the Thursday before to let us know if you are coming. That way we will know how much food to prepare!

Invite your friends to join you! This is a great way to start the day and send us into the weekend! We hope to see you there!

Join us this Sunday for Camp Sunday at Trinity!!

From 9:35-10:20am in the Fellowship Hall

We will be playing games, singing songs, and talking about camp. Summer staff from Pathways Bible Camp will be with us for the morning- including two of our former youth Isaac and Taylor!! Join us to hear all about what camp has to offer this summer.

Friendly Reminder: All youth need to attend one week long camp experience between their 5th grade and 10th grade year. This is a requirement for confirmation.
